18jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 18jl ("18jl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 18jl online gaming platform accessible at 18jl.xyz and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 18jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. 18jl reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 18jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 18jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

18jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, 18jl reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your 18jl account. Any such transfer or sharing of account access constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions on the 18jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 18jl does not charge currency conversion fees, as the Platform is designed exclusively for PHP transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 18jl's payment processing systems. 18jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on your account.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• 18jl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on the receiving institution.

Funds deposited into your 18jl account are intended solely for gaming purposes on the Platform. 18jl does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account policy outlined in the Platform's account management guidelines.

18jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 18jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Abuse: 18jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed abusive at 18jl's sole discretion.

All games available on the 18jl Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

18jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 18jl or any third party. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 18jl's servers, the result recorded on 18jl's servers shall be the definitive and binding result. 18jl's server logs constitute the official record of all game activity.

18jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical malfunction or software error has materially affected the outcome of the game.
• The bet was placed in error or in a manner inconsistent with the applicable game rules.
• There is evidence that the outcome was influenced by prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. 18jl will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

18jl employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction that it reasonably suspects involves prohibited conduct. During any such investigation, 18jl may temporarily restrict account access and withhold pending withdrawals.

All content on the 18jl Platform, including but not limited to the 18jl brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 18jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 18jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 18jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of 18jl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 18jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 18jl will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Nothing in this section shall prevent 18jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
